    Since Disney changed website, haven't been able to view reservations. Called to verify all is ok/said just having trouble with site. My 10-day window to reserve online is coming soon. What do I do if I still can't access reserves online?

    Hi, Vicki!

    I was having the same issues.  I had to manually punch in my upcoming reservations, then it worked fine.  Go to My Disney Experience, then My Reservations.  You can link back to the old page, or enter your information if you have your confirmation numbers.  This should work!  (You can also try to clear your cookies and history in your settings on your computer, shut down, then re-log in, this trick sometimes helps!)

    If not, you can always call (407)WDW-DINE to make your dining reservations when you hit your 180 booking window. (I think this is the window you are referring to?)   I know I prefer to book online, but they are still perfecting the new site, and until then you will need to call if you are experiencing problems. 

    I can tell you, this whole My Disney Experience website and changes in the park are amazing!  I was in WDW a few weeks ago, and the systems they have in place are incredible with more fun to come.  I know it is so frustrating at times, but it is all going to be worth it!
