Have Disney changed their phone number (0800 783 2893) from the UK as it’s no longer available.

Hi, there, Angela! Welcome Home, and welcome to planDisney - I'm so glad you're here! It's the best day ever when I get to chat with another Disney Vacation Club Member, and I'll be happy to help with your question. Let's get down to business!

Managing your DVC Membership from outside of the United States can sometimes pose some logistical challenges, but for international Guests who are planning their Disney travels far in advance, the DVC booking windows work really well.

Angela, I called Member Services to check about the status of the telephone number for Guests from the United Kingdom. The Cast Member I spoke with said that the number listed on the site under the "Help & Contact" section is correct. If you're having trouble connecting with that number, it could potentially indicate an issue with your telephone carrier.

If the phone isn't cooperating, remember that you can email DVC anytime, or use the chat feature on the Member website. The chat may require you to use a VPN if you're outside of the US, but it's a great resource to get some friendly assistance if you have some Membership questions.

I hope this information is just what you need to stay connected to DVC so that you can get started planning your next Disney adventure! Thanks so much for visiting planDisney, Angela, and please come and see us again anytime if we can help with other questions about vacation planning, or all matters DVC.

    Stay Magical!
