    I have some disney card that were purchase with no expiration - how can i find out how many visits and what types are left?

    I’m so happy to hear from you, and I’m excited that you’re wanting to use your no expiration tickets for an upcoming trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth! My favorite time to visit is right before a holiday! I love visiting before Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas the most! I love the decorations, the seasonal offerings, and the overall cheery vibe at the theme parks! Watch the Disney Parks Blog to see extra special offerings that are always happening at Disney World! 

    In order to check to see how many days you have available on your card, Jenie, I recommend looking at the back of it to see if there is a number to call or a site to visit. Start there, but if you have no luck with that, I recommend calling a friendly Cast Member specializing in Tickets and Hotel Reservations. A Cast Member there will be able to check your balance or transfer you to the correct Cast Member to help you with your tickets!
