Can you use Disney buses to go from one park to another

Hey there, Lesley! Welcome back to planDisney!

It looks like you have an awesome autumn trip to Walt Disney World in the works. To quote a very famous mouse: “Oh boy!” While it may seem like a ways away, your vacation will be here before you know it, and you’ll be enjoying all the fall fun Walt Disney World has to offer.

There is complimentary transportation between the Walt Disney World theme parks, and it is available to all guests. But it’s not always a bus! Sometimes, like if you were going from EPCOT to Hollywood Studios, the best way to get to the other theme park is via water taxi or Disney Skyliner. You can find all your complimentary transportation options and estimated travel on the My Disney Experience mobile app. Just search for your destination or select it from the map, tap “get directions,” and then enter your starting point. Then your route options using the Walt Disney World transportation system will appear.

Keep in mind that the My Disney Experience app does not show Minnie Vans, which are booked through the Lyft app. Minnie Vans are not complimentary, but they are often a more direct option compared to buses, water taxi, and other free options. I find them especially useful when traveling between Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

I hope you find this information helpful, Lesley. Pop right back if you have any other vacation planning questions. Your planDisney pals are happy to help!

    Magical travels!
