Hello there, Julia! Welcome to
planDisney. In my personal opinion, the transportation system at
Walt Disney World is a modern marvel.
Monorail, boats, trains, trams, buses, and the mother of all modes of transportation:
The Skyliner! They’re all well-run and efficient, especially those beautifully air-conditioned Disney buses!
Unfortunately, there is no set bus schedule like what you might find from your local Transit Authority. However, you can track bus arrival times at your home resort using the
My Disney Experience App. This feature only starts working after you’ve checked in and your reservation is active. Press the (☰) on the home screen of your My Disney Experience App, and scroll down to “Hotel Reservation.” The button labeled “See Bus Times” will indicate how many minutes until the next bus arrives at your resort. If you’re out and about at one of the parks, some bus loading areas feature digital signs that will list the time until your bus arrives.
The
buses start running forty-five minutes before the parks open, and will keep running for an hour after they close. And though there isn’t a set schedule, it’s usually safe to assume that a bus will always arrive at your stop within twenty minutes.
Julia, I hope you have a wonderful trip, and the bus lines run smoothly for you. If you’re arriving soon, I hope you get to experience the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. I’ll be visiting next week, and I can’t wait to snack around the World Showcase, visiting as many of the
Global Marketplaces as possible to try new and returning dishes.
If you have any other questions, we’re here for you at

Have a magical day!
