    Will Disney bring my bags from Port Orleans Riverside to the Grand Floridian? We have to spend our first night at Port Orleans and then we are checking into the Grand Floridian.

    Hiya Michelle and welcome to planDisney. I love a trip where I "split-stay" at two or more Disney Resorts Collection Hotels. It is more magic and theming as well as an opportunity to try the food at another Resort hotel.

    Bell Services will happily transfer your bags from one Disney Resorts Collection Hotel to another. Tell Bell Services that you are transferring to Disney Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and they will automagically make the arrangements. It will take several hours so if there are specific items you want out of your bag for the theme parks then be sure to pull those items out and place them in another bag to take with you.

    Ask Bell Services at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside if they will be delivered to your room or Bell Services. We had to wait until after 5:00 PM on one trip before our bags were delivered to Bell Services and another time they were there after 3:00 PM delivered to our room. When you arrive at the new Resort ask Bell Services where your bags were delivered. 

    planDisney Pro Tip: Nearby and an easy Sassagoula River Cruise away is one of the hidden gems food gems of Disney's Port Orleans - French Quarter: the delicious beignets at Scat Cat's Club - Cafe. WOW! If you get a chance for breakfast or you need a snack, check this place out.
