Where do all the Disney boats go around the resort? I am a little confused about how to use them to get from park to park, to DTD, and the different resorts. I love the panel and am so glad to be planning another disney trip!

    Hi Connie!

With as large of an area that the Walt Disney World Resort encompasses, getting from place to place can seem like a daunting task, but Disney has made it really easy!  Check out this page about Walt Disney World's Complimentary Resort Transportation!  It will highlight how to get where you want to go, and what transportation options are available to you.

Walt Disney World has several options when getting around the resort, but you'll find that not all options will be available each and every time.  Buses will likely be your most common form of transportation, and they will be able to take you from your resort to the Theme Parks, and Water Parks.

If you are looking to enjoy a few moments 'at sea,' you'll be able to use the water taxi service available from Disney's Hollywood Studios to Epcot (and vice versa).  Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort, Disney's BoardWalk Inn, and the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin also have water transportation available between Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

You'll also be able to enjoy the Sassagoula River on the way from Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter and Disney's Port Orleans Riverside to Downtown Disney.  You'll be use that similar route as well from Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort as well as Disney's Old Key West Resort to Downtown Disney.

From Magic Kingdom, you'll be able to enjoy a peaceful taxi across the waters to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground, Disney's Wilderness Lodge, and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.

    Have a magical vacation!
