Hi Nick,
Thank you so much for visiting planDisney with your question. You are considering visiting one of my favorite areas at Walt Disney World! I so enjoy the turn-of-the-century Atlantic City charm of
Disney's BoardWalk.
While you may note from the link that I provided that Disney's BoardWalk has a closing time listed, that would be when many of the entertainment and dining locations shut down. Since there are guests staying at
Disney's BoardWalk Inn, the actual area will be open for guests to come back to their rooms later than the listed closing time. A quiet late-night stroll at Disney's BoardWalk will be peaceful and pleasant. The lights around Crescent Lake are truly lovely at night.
If you are visiting Disney's BoardWalk during operating hours, let me share some of my favorite activities there. One of my favorite places to visit at Disney's BoardWalk is
Jellyrolls, a rollicking and fun dueling piano bar. Of note, Jellyrolls does often have closing hours well after midnight, so guests would clearly need to be able to walk along Disney's BoardWalk late at night to access this location. For a sweet treat, be sure to check out
BoardWalk Ice Cream. And, for a fun way to see all of Disney's BoardWalk and further around Crescent Lake, consider renting a
surrey bike. They are fun, but be forewarned - they do take a good deal of energy to pedal!
I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Nick. Please feel free to come on back to planDisney with any further questions you may have!
