We will be at the Disney Beach Club in WDW in November. What type of coffee makers are in the room? Should I bring extra K-cups or won't they work? Thank you!!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Christine, especially from a fellow coffee lover. I’ve got to have my Java in the mornings as we set out to Rope Drop Parks and find our breakfast on the way.

You’ll find a small variety of Coffeemakers in the Walt Disney World Resort Hotel rooms, from Cuisinart flat pod styles to K-cup brewers and even full pots of coffee in the DVC Villas and Bungalows. I answered this same question in depth for another guest if you want the full rundown of coffee makers. As far as Disney’s Beach Club Resort goes, you’ll find the Cuisinart flat-filter pod style coffeemaker. I’m afraid at this time, your K-cups won’t work. I really hope that Disney Resorts start bringing more Keurig style k-cup brewers into the rooms. I really enjoy the convenience on vacation!

Keep in mind that if you want coffee outside your room, Joffrey’s carts all over the Resort offer fresh, flavorful and sometimes specialty drinks available for purchase. Many of them even fit with the Disney Dining Plan! If I can help you stay caffeinated any further, please let me know. Pass the creamer! ~ Lindsey P.
