    I am going to Disney in August with a 8 and 10 year old boys. This is the first trip for them. Any suggestions for chartacter dining, shows or places to stay onsite.

    Yeah!  So excited for your boys to be visiting Walt Disney World this summer.  My son is 8 years old, so I can tell you all the "hot spots" that your boys will enjoy!

    For your resort, there is something in each category that your boys will like.  Value:  All-Star Sports (great sports theme), Moderate:  Port Orleans Riverside (several pools, catch and release fishing, boat ride to Downtown Disney), Deluxe:  Wilderness Lodge (great pool, huge lobby, short boat ride to Magic Kingdom). 

    For dining, you might want to try Chef Mickey's (Contemporary) or Garden Grill (Epcot).  Other non-character dining they might enjoy includes Whispering Canyon Cafe (Wilderness  Lodge), Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater (Hollywood Studios), T-REX Cafe (Downtown Disney), and Pizza Planet (Hollywood Studios).

    For a fun night out, your whole family might like the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage.   Departing from Contemporary, this fun cruise hosted by your friendly pirate "Patch" will take you out onto the Seven Seas Lagoon for an amazing view of Wishes at the Magic Kingdom.  My family is heading out for this adventure for the second time, and we can't wait!
