Hello! I will be going to Disney August 24th to the 31st. What should I expect the crowds to be like during this time?

    Hi Kelly,

It's so nice to answer questions for fellow residents of the Garden State!

Summer is a busy time at Walt Disney World but I think you will find that the last week of August is one of the least crowded times of summer. You will likely encounter moderate crowds that week. Many schools across the country are back in session by that time so you will not encounter the crowds summer typically brings.  However, as you get closer to the end of that week, you will see Labor Day crowds hitting the parks.  The good news is that you'll be leaving Walt Disney World just as the big Labor Day crowds arrive.

Sounds like you selected a good time for your Disney vacation.  Have fun!  Let us know if you need any additional advice as you prepare for your trip.
