    We are going to Disney on Aug.14 2016 ,their are 9 of us with 2 rooms,my question is how and when and who we have to call to see if we can have our rooms together

    Hi Robin! When families and friends are traveling together it is very nice to be at least close to each other. It saves lots of time when making plans.

    The first thing you will want to ask is do you want to have connecting rooms or adjoining rooms. Adjoining rooms are those that are next to each other in the hall but you only have access through the hall doorways. Connecting rooms are those that are next to each other and also have an inside door that can be opened where you can go from room to room.

    When you know what you would like to request please call Central Reservations at the number listed HERE
    and have them add your request to your reservation. About one week out please fax a simple request to your resort. Understand that assigning rooms is quite a large puzzle and they will do what they can to make your magic complete. You might have to wait on your day of arrival for the room to be ready but that is a small price to pay to be close to family and friends.
