We are going to Disney in April. We will have finished paying for our trip in Feb. When checking into the hotel, do you have to use a credit card or can you use another form of payment? We are trying not to use a credit card. Thanks!

Hi Marci!

Thank you so much for your question! You're a girl after my own heart! Having your vacation paid off before you check-in is such a relief! If you'd like to use your Key to the World card (this is your room key and your park tickets/Disney Dining Plan entitlements if applicable) for charging privileges around the resort and parks, you will be able to put cash in your room account and charge against it.

A credit card won't be required if you choose not to activate your Key to the World card for charging privileges or Express Check-Out.
