Hi Erin,
It's wonderful to see you here with us at planDisney. It's also wonderful to see you're planning for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
I can imagine you're really looking forward to enjoying all the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. I'm sorry to hear, though, that your own linked theme park tickets are not displaying for you as expected, while linked tickets for others in your party are displaying. My best suggestion is to reach out to the My Disney Experience team to get their technical support for your issue. You can use the "Chat with Us" feature in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, as well as the
chat service online. You can also give a call to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 to speak with a Cast Member for assistance. I'm hopeful that a friendly Cast Member can take a look at the details with you and help with a quick resolution of the ticket display issue in the My Disney Experience mobile app.
One suggestion you can try is to see if your tickets display in the website version of your
My Disney Experience account. When you sign in to your account, you can look at the
My Plans section of your account. You should see a "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" area with a tab for "Tickets & Memory Maker" that should display your theme park tickets.
While you are looking to see that all your plans are displaying properly, you might also want to check to see that any theme park reservations you might have made through the
Disney Park Pass system are displaying as expected.
There's always so much magic that awaits you when you visit the Walt Disney World Resort. Be sure to follow
@planDisneyPanel on Instagram to stay in the know with all the planDisney panelists as we share tips and fun ideas for visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth."
Erin, here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!
Jerry
