My Disney Experience App frequently and have come across some glitches and technical issues from time to time. It is encouraging that your park reservations are displayed under your future plans. I know the number of Guests is incorrect, but I'm happy to hear that they are being recognized.
My first suggestion is to close out the app completely and reopen it again. Sometimes a simple reboot will do the trick. Otherwise, I suggest logging in to your
My Disney Experience account using a web browser to check your park reservations this way. If your reservations are shown with two Guests here, it's likely that the app is not working properly at the moment. If your reservations reflect zero Guests using the web browser as well, there may be another issue going on altogether.
Since your trip is only a few days away, I suggest
calling the Website Support line and speaking to a Cast Member for prompt assistance. They will be able to dive into your account and make any necessary fixes needed. I had some technical issues on a recent trip that involved coordinating with multiple Guests that were joining our party. The Cast Member was able to make these changes over the phone and have them reflect properly on my app.
