Hiya Melinda!
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for stopping by to ask us this magical question. Oh my goodness, Melinda, your magical vacation is coming so soon! How excited are you? You have picked such a magical (and delicious) time to visit, and I cannot wait for you to experience all the Disney magic!
Regarding the
My Disney Experience service, it is not necessary for all members of your party to have their own accounts. Indeed, you can still manage their plans with no problem as long as their theme park tickets and reservations are linked to their profile. However, if some of the members in your party are adults, I always recommend that they create their own accounts so they can join in on the planning process. If they do create their accounts, make sure that you add them to your
Family & Friends List by clicking on "My Family & Friends" under the My Disney Experience tab and then "Add a Guest." Make sure to click "I'll enter their name and age" and then "Invite this Guest to connect." Once they have accepted your request, you should be able to reassign their theme park tickets to them by going into "My Plans" and clicking on "Tickets and Memory Maker." If you do not get the option to reassign it,
contact a Cast Member via chat, email or phone, and they will be happy to help!
Now, Melinda, did you know that you will get to the Walt Disney World Resort just in time for the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival? I always plan my trips around the festival as they add so much to your vacation. My number one recommendation would be to check out
Disney Parks Blog's foodie guide and pick up a festival passport on your way into the park so you can list the food items you want to try. Also, suppose anyone in your party doesn't want to try the different booths. In that case, I highly recommend participating in
Remy's Ratatouille Hide & Squeak scavenger hunt, where you have to find all the statues of Remy around the World Showcase. To participate, pick up your map and stickers at one of the selected merchandise locations.
I hope this was helpful, Melinda, and that you and your little chefs will have the best day ever on your next Disney vacation. If you have any other questions or need more food suggestions, don't hesitate to reach out. As Remy would say: "Vous serez toujours la bienvenue chez Remy!"
Bon appétit,
Ariane
