Hey Howdy Hey Diana and welcome to planDisney!
I am so excited to hear that your vacation is just days away! I am sorry to hear that you might be having some issues with your husband's
My Disney Experience app. I will be happy to give you a few things to try to see if we can get his settings updated and back to the excitement of your trip.
There may be a few things in both of your
My Disney Experience accounts online that you will want to check on to make sure you all are sharing plans accordingly. First off Diana, you will want to log onto your account and go to the "My Family and Friends" section. Click on your name and make sure that the top option of "Share your family and friends list..." is selected. Next, scroll and look for your husband's name and icon. Click on the "Settings" button. Look at the top option "Allow (your husband's name) to view all of your plans" is selected. Make sure to do this same process with his account and see if that helps.
The other thing you might want to try is to log onto his My Disney Experience account online and not with the app. Sometimes you may find that online works but the app does not. If this is the case, he might want to fully uninstall the app and then reinstall it on his smartphone. Sometimes glitches occur and this usually takes care of it.
If you continue to have issues with his account viewing your shared plans, you might want to
give Disney a call. Usually, a Cast Member will be able to troubleshoot this from their end and get things cleared up quickly.
I hope these steps helped and you can get your plans shared with your husband. I wish for a Magical experience on your upcoming trip and if you have any further questions, please feel free to reach back out and let us know, we are always happy to help!
Have a Magical day,
Nick
