    I have a Disney app. But I could’t buy 1 day ticket with it so I tried it on disney go on my computer and bought my ticket there. But now it does not appear in my app. I bought Genie+ as well so it would be important to have it on my phone. I cant scan it

    Hi there, Adrienne! Welcome to planDisney. We're happy you're here!

    Can you believe you're only a few days away from your magical vacation to the Disneyland Resort? I couldn't be more excited for you! I'm sure you're ready to jump in and experience the magic, but first, let's make sure your tickets are ready to go.

    I understand you purchased your ticket online and haven't been able to view it on your Disneyland mobile app. My best tip would be to locate your ticket ID number and then try to add that ticket through the Disneyland mobile app manually! To do this, open your app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines ≡ in the bottom right corner. Tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile, then tap "Link Tickets & Passes." Here, you should be able to link your ticket by typing in the ID number. I'm wishing upon a star that your ticket links easily for you and that you can get back to making your magical plans!

    If you need assistance for any reason, my next best tip would be to reach out to a friendly Cast Member. Cast Members can be contacted by phone or by email, whichever is more convenient for you. Also, take some time to check out how you can experience Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort! Spooky season is one of my favorite times to visit the parks and I know you're going to have a magical experience. And if you have any other questions, please visit us again!
