Hi Sarah, welcome to planDisney!
Virginia is for Disney lovers and it's always nice to meet a magical neighbor. I understand your children have not heeded Peter Pan's advice to
never grow up. The good news is that Walt Disney World Resort was designed for kids and kids at heart. I still enjoy experiencing the parks with my parents; my mom and I always have to get a picture in front of Cinderella Castle for our Disney scrapbook.
Thanks for explaining your question so clearly. Once your children create their own
My Disney Experience accounts, here are the steps to take so that all of the plans linked to their My Disney Experience account profiles managed by your account transfer to their newly created accounts:
1. Click "Update" next to one of your children's names as it appears on your
Family and Friends List in My Disney Experience.
2. Click "Share planning with [child's name]" and enter the email address associated with their newly created My Disney Experience account before clicking "Continue."
3. Repeat the above steps for your other child[ren].
Once your children accept the email invitation to connect, all of the plans housed under your account will automagically transfer to their new accounts. You will remain connected as Family and Friends, which means you can still view and make plans for each other.
If you're looking for a new Disney experience to try with your children, Sarah, I highly recommend catching
Drawn to Life Presented by Cirque Du Soleil and Disney. Stunning Disney storytelling centered around a parent-child relationship is incredibly heartwarming.
