The
My Disney Experience app is an absolute time saver whether you're using it while visiting the parks or planning your trip from the comfort of your home! Guests using My Disney Experience can create Friends & Family Lists to coordinate plans for multiple people, book FastPass+ reservations, create advanced dining reservations, and so much more.
You may also
link your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account to manage all of your in-park experiences. For a first time Guest, though, this process can be a bit daunting! If your tickets are not automatically linked with your account,
you can manually do this by referencing your confirmation email. Here, you should be able to locate either your ID number or barcode. Either of these may be used to link your tickets in the My Disney Experience app.
However, some theme park tickets may not include the information needed to link them to your My Disney Experience account. If this is this case for your tickets, you will need to contact
Guest Relations in order to link them. You may either visit any Guest Relations location on property or call (407) 939-1289.
