Hi Libby, welcome to planDisney!
Having just returned from a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, I can confirm that spring is in full bloom at
The Most Magical Place on Earth. The
topiaries on display at the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival are stunning works of heart that make great backdrops for photos.
Valid admission, a theme park reservation for each park day, and a method of entry (Disney band, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card) are currently required for theme park entry. When you click the "Save to Wallet" button below a ticket in your
My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom right of the app's homepage --> Tickets and Passes), you are taken to the
Disney MagicMobile section of the app. This allows you to download a Disney MagicMobile pass to the digital wallet of eligible iPhones, Apple Watches, and Google Pay-enabled Android phones. As you experienced, you can only create a Disney MagicMobile pass for yourself and Guests whose My Disney Experience account profiles are managed by you.
Disney MagicMobile passes can only be shared through Apple iMessage. To add your husband's Disney MagicMobile pass to your Apple Wallet, your husband must first create his own Disney MagicMobile pass. He should then click "Select Passes to Share" from the Disney MagicMobile section of his My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines --> Disney MagicMobile) and follow the prompts to share his pass with you.
I hope this information helps your family tap into the magic at theme park entry, Lightning Lane entrances, and with Disney PhotoPass photographers. Please don't hesitate to
reach out with additional questions.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
