    Does Disney have anything special planned for Mother’s Day 2019?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Amber!

    I can't think of a better place than Walt Disney World Resort to celebrate any special occasion, so what a great idea to spend Mothers Day there this coming May 12. There are always some fun special events that pop up to celebrate the moms in our lives, so let's take a look at a few things that are going on this year!

    A great meal is a perfect way to let mom know how much you care, and there are a few dining locations that have special menus just for Mothers Day. Some of my favorite signature restaurants, like Jiko - The Cooking Place at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and Flying Fish at Disney's BoardWalk Inn, have a prix fixe dinner exclusively for that day. These limited-time experiences are extremely popular and book up very fast, so I would recommend booking a reservation as soon as you're able to.

    Another great way to spend Mothers Day is a day at Disney Springs. There's a huge variety of incredible dining (try The BOATHOUSE and thank me later!) and of course, fantastic shopping too. Take mom to Pandora for a keepsake charm bracelet so she can remember your magical vacation forever.
