Aloha, Calvin!
Mahalo for stopping by planDisney with your question about an all-inclusive package stay in Hawaii. It is one of my favorite places in the world. From the spirit of Aloha to catching an epic Hawaiian sunset over the horizon, it is truly a special place to visit.
You may know, Calvin, that
Disney Vacation Club has
Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa on the island of Oahu. It is a spectacular resort combining Hawaiian culture and design with the magic of Disney. Our 'ohana has been to Aulani twice, and our Keiki (that's Hawaiian for kids) had an amazing time.
While Aulani is not an all-inclusive Resort and Disney Vacation Club is not presently offering any all-inclusive package stays, there are many
amenities and activities included in your stay. These include:
- Complimentary
Character experiences at different times of day
- Over 30 complimentary activities like the Shake-A-Shaka pool party, nature tours, and 'Ohana Disney Movie Night
-
Aunty's Beach House, a supervised activities club for Guests ages 5 to 12 including complimentary kids' club activities
- Six pools, including a lazy river, water slides, a Menehune Bridge, a Keiki Cove Splash Zone, and a private beach
Additionally, there are many activities for which you can pay a fee to maximize and personalize the added pixie dust to your vacation. Some of my favorites include the daily onsite Character Breakfast,
Aulani Resort Excursions around Oahu, and the
Ka Wa'A - Luau at Aulani Resort. Also, no visit to Aulani is complete without Mickey-shaped shave ice!
There are also numerous ways to learn about and experience Hawaiian culture at Aulani, including discovering the indigenous fish of Hawaii at Rainbow Reef, hula and 'ukulele lessons, and learning about the Hawaiian legend of the Menehune.
With so many activities for all ages and
delicious dining options, you never have to leave the Resort. But if you want to, the helpful Cast Members can help you plan day excursions to discover all that Oahu has to offer.
You do not have to be a Disney Vacation Club Member to stay at Aulani. However, if you are a DVC Member, Calvin, you can either use your Vacation Points, cash, or a combination of Vacation Points and cash.
Aulani helps make your Hawaiian dreams come true, with the added touch of that legendary Disney magic. I hope this helps you, Calvin. If you have any additional Aulani or DVC questions, or Disney vacation planning questions in general, be sure and stop back. Here at planDisney, we are your vacation planning 'ohana. 'Ohana means family, and that means nobody gets left behind.
See ya real soon!
