Greetings, Clara, and welcome to planDisney! The
Fitness Center is your go-to spot to be active during your cruise. You'll find state-of-the-art equipment, free weights, classes, and more. Let’s go over a few important guidelines, especially for younger Guests.
Clara, Guests between the ages of 14 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the Fitness Center and/or participate in fitness classes. As long as an adult in your party accompanies your 15-year-old, it should be OK to head here for some exercise. That said, you can visit the Fitness Center on Deck 10 once you board the ship to confirm.
Here, you'll also be able to reserve fitness classes that your teen can participate in when accompanied by an adult. There are generally complimentary sessions, as well as classes available for an additional fee. Once you're connected to the ship's Wi-Fi, you can use the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to see an up-to-date list of offerings. Look for the morning or evening stretch sessions, which are an excellent way to relax your muscles (and your mind)!
If you're looking for other ways to stay active, check the entertainment schedule in the app for the
Baymax Super Exercise Expo, where you can dance and get moving! You can also look for a running track on Deck 18. Walking around the decks, taking the stairs, and swimming are other great ways to get some exercise in, too.
Clara, make sure to check out
Vibe on Deck 7 – this is a dedicated space with a retro-lounge feel for teens ages 14 to 17. It's a fun place for teens to gather to watch movies, play games, and participate in other activities under the supervision of Disney youth counselors. Your 15-year-old may really enjoy it!
I hope you and your family have a wonderful time aboard the
Disney Adventure, Clara. If you have any other questions, please reach out – we're always happy to help here at planDisney!
Bon voyage,
Kriss
