for disney adventure, if we bring elecric kettle , can it be stored in port

Hello Sithi and welcome to planDisney! I see you’re inquiring about the Disney Adventure, which is only days away from its inaugural sailing. I’m personally excited for this ship to enter the Disney Cruise Line fleet and can’t wait to ride Ironcycle Test Run. Now let’s get you an answer to your question so you can join in on the fun!

Sithi, an electric kettle and similar electrical appliances are restricted and prohibited from being brought on board. There are some exceptions to this rule, such as hairdryers, curling irons, and electric shavers. Prohibited items are confiscated prior to boarding and are available for retrieval after disembarking. One important note is that any prohibited items found in your luggage can delay its delivery to your stateroom, so it’s usually best to leave such items at home. Rest assured, you’ll have access to hot water for tea on board along with an assortment of beverages such as water, soda, and coffee.

Here’s a bonus tip! Disney Cruise Line has provided pre-arrival information for Disney Adventure sailings here. There’s information on the check-in process, reserving activities onboard the ship, scheduling Port Arrival Times, and more. I also highly suggest downloading the DCL Navigator app, there’s a fun little countdown to your sailing that always gets my family excited about our upcoming cruises!

Sithi, I hope this information is helpful for you as you plan out your future Disney Adventure cruise. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to me and my fellow panelists here at planDisney!
