when were at disney we take advantage of magic hours, sometimes we dont get home until 3am by the time we get on the bus back to our hotel. This means we sleep in some mornings, is there a way to let the maids no we dont want to be disturbed??

Hi Sam, I know exactly what you mean when you stay out really late and need to sleep in the next morning, this happens to us a lot when we vacation at WDW! You should have a "do not disturb" sign to place on your door in your resort room. If you are not supplied with one, just ask Mousekeeping for one of these signs and they will be happy to give you one. Have a magical trip with many late evenings filled with pixie dust!
