We are going to Disney with 2 adults and 4 children ages 8,8, 9 and 10. Can the 9 and 10 year old ride together?

    Hi Amber!

You are going to have an incredible vacation at Walt Disney World Resort! I'm so excited for your family to experience the magic of the theme parks, the Disney Resorts Collection hotels and Disney Springs. Plus, since you are visiting during the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration, you will get to experience special birthday entertainment, taste the amazing celebration treats and enjoy the beautiful decorations throughout the resort. My kids love finding and collecting the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration pressed pennies and medallions and they make a great souvenir!

When enjoying attractions at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, little Mouseketeers who are 7 years old and younger need to ride with a Guest who is 14 years old or older. That means that your little ones who are 9 and 10 years old can enjoy attractions together, while the adults ride with your other children. In fact, all of your little ones are old enough to enjoy attractions with each other, if you feel comfortable. For more information about enjoying the theme parks, you can check out the Walt Disney World Property Rules.

Be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog as you continue planning your trip. Quite a few new and returning things are headed to the theme parks and the blog is the best place to get information about everything you will be able to experience. Also, feel free to come back to see us if we can help you again! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
