Welcome, and thank you for trusting us to help. I have great news for you, and personal experience with merging two accounts. It wasn’t my account, but my sister had two accounts that needed to be converted to one. I may not have been on the call with her, but I was standing next to her while she called to have a Cast Member fix this for her. I was not taking any chances with selecting the wrong account when trying for a
Boarding Group.
All you will need to do is give the
Website Support line a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help fix this for you. Once fixed, you will be all set! Just be sure to keep your
log-in information handy.
Now, when it comes to
dining reservations, restaurants are taking reservations. All you will need to do is a quick search to see what is available. You can do this on the
official website or using the
mobile app. Availability is limited but don’t give up! I recommend checking for reservations, even after your arrive. You never know what you might be able to pick up at the last minute if nothing is available in advance.
