What a great question! With so much communication through email these days, you certainly want all your information up to date and accurate. Updating your email (and any other account information including address, phone number, or password) can be done on your My Disney Experience account.
Sign in on your
My Disney Experience account using your current information. Roll over the My Disney Experience tab, and you should see your NAME. Click on that. You will then get several options including ACCOUNT SETTINGS. This is where you will update your email. While in this section, double check all other information is current and up to date.
If you do not have access to that original email address, contact
Guest Services/Support as a code will be sent to that original email for security purposes. You might need a pinch of extra pixie dust through a phone call to fix your issue.
While getting all your "tech" stuff in order, make sure to download the
My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone. This app is where you will access
Disney Genie, see wait times,
mobile order at quick service locations, and even open the door to your resort hotel room!
