Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney on your quest to help save the galaxy! As I'm sure you're aware,
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is the newest thrill ride at
EPCOT and absolutely lives up to all the hype it has received. I was able to ride on both of my two most recent visits and can't wait to see which song I'll hear if I get to ride again in just a few short weeks. I know you'll just love experiencing this attraction for yourself!
I did a little galactic research and learned that you should be able to attempt joining the
Virtual Queue from the same My Disney Experience account on more than one device. You may notice the app load a little more slowly with multiple accounts signed in at once, but hopefully, that won't delay your mission.
A Virtual Queue is available for this attraction for guests at 7 a.m. each day, with valid admission and a
Theme Park Reservation. If you aren't able to secure a boarding group at that time, you'll have a second opportunity at 1 p.m. You won't need to be in EPCOT to join the 1 p.m. queue, but you will have had to scan in earlier that day.
The Virtual Queues tend to fill up quickly so be sure you are logged in to your
My Disney Experience app and ready to go a few minutes before they open each day. "One Way or Another", I know you'll want to "Conga" right through the tap points to enjoy this attraction. "Everybody Wants to Rule the World," but unfortunately, not everyone is successfully able to secure a boarding group via the Virtual Queue system. If you find yourself in that position but still want to "Disco Inferno" you can also purchase an
Individual Lightning Lane entry for this attraction. Pricing varies by day, but in my experience so far, it's been money well spent. "I Ran (So Far Away)" to purchase one both times I've ridden and have not been disappointed. I plan to do the same during my "September" visit so I have the added bonus of selecting a convenient return window.
I hope this information helps you assist the Guardians of the Galaxy on your next visit.
Come back and ask me any additional vacation planning questions you might have!
