I hope you had a lovely time on the Disney Wish. I liked having instant access to our digital pictures with the Unlimited Digital Photo Package. It was convenient to share them on social media right from the ship. As you discovered, the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app resets itself as soon as you disembark. I’m so sorry to hear that what you saw in the app differs from what you see at home. Let’s troubleshoot this together.
Make sure you are trying to access your pictures from a computer. On the
Disney Cruise Line website, navigate to Already Booked > My Cruise Photos. It can take up to 48 hours after your cruise for all your images to be synced to your account. I noticed when viewing my images that some of the borders seemed to appear once the images were downloaded. If you’ve waited a couple of days and still feel you are missing the images with borders, please
email Guest Communications for additional assistance.
