    When we disembark the ship in Port Canaveral am..iwe have transportation vouchers take us to the Orlando airport. Our flight does not leave until 7:30 pm, so earliest check-in is around 4:30 pm. Suggestions fun? Airport luggage lockers? Have 3 and 7 yr.

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! There is a reason that Mickey never says goodbye after a visit. The saddest day for my pirate crew is having to leave our ship after a fabulous Disney Cruise Line vacation. That is why your post-cruise planning is so important to keep everyone having fun. Since your family has booked Disney Cruise Line Ground Transportation, you will probably arrive at the airport around 10:30 in the morning.

    There are no storage areas in the airport for luggage due to security reasons. Consider renting a car once you arrive at the airport, store your luggage in the trunk, and visit Disney Springs for some last minute shopping, dining and entertainment. We have done this on plenty of trips and found we had ample time to visit. It is a bit ambitious, but I have heard that some families try to sneak in a half day at one of the Parks of the Walt Disney World Resort!

    Honestly, when my crew gets off the motor coach after a marvelous cruise, the last thing we want to do is tour. We will often book a day room at the Hyatt Regency Orlando inside the airport and store our bags in the room.  We may then nap, watch television, catch up with our email, shop in the airport for last minute souvenirs or swim in the hotel pool.
