Welcome to planDisney, Maria.
I love a good deal, bargain, and taking advantage of saving a little money when vacationing at the
Walt Disney World Resort, so I appreciate your excellent question. Unfortunately, Disney does not offer discounts for seniors, so I suggest checking with any senior citizen organizations you may be a part of if they have special vacation pricing or packages. Don’t worry if you don’t have much luck, I have a couple other suggestions for you to entertain!
The Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page constantly introduces new promotions and deals. Given your visit is coming up next month, you should take a look and see what may apply to you. Currently, there is a Special 3-Day, 3-Park Ticket to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom; a 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket (one visit to each Theme Park per day); and a savings of up to 30% on rooms at select
Disney Resorts Collection hotels. I recently took advantage of the 3-Day, 3-Park ticket, and it was a considerable cost saving that we rolled into eating our way around the EPCOT World Showcase. It was delicious!
What is the old adage, time is money? If you believe that to be the case as I do, I recommend purchasing the
Lightning Lane Multi-Pass or Lightning Lane Single Passes. These passes allow you to utilize Lightning Lane entrances at some popular attractions, minimizing your time in line and maximizing your ability to get on as many rides as possible.
I hope you find the bargain you are looking for, Maria! If you have any questions or want more recommendations,
drop me a line. I’d happily share some of my favorite dining spots or rides I’d prioritize with your Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Lightning Lane Single Pass.
See you real soon,
Brent
