Are there any discounts for schools and or large groups?

Welcome, Billie! Thanks for stopping by with your question!

Planning a trip for a large group takes a bit of extra coordination, but it’s totally worth the effort. My wife had the opportunity to visit Walt Disney World twice with her high school marching band, and she still speaks fondly of the experience [redacted] years later. It’s a really great chance to form some magical memories.

The best place for information on discounts for theme park tickets and hotel rooms is the Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page on the Walt Disney World website. I don’t see any current deals for schools or large groups, but this page is updated regularly, so it's worth checking back throughout the year. You can also find updates and info on new deals over at the Disney Parks Blog, which is a great resource for planning your visit.

If your group requires more than 10 rooms, which it seems likely that it would, you’ll want to chat with a helpful Cast Member on the Group Reservations line at (407) 939-1942. They’ll be able to help you navigate all your options for tickets and hotel rooms for your group. Depending on the type of trip you have in mind, you may be interested in the educational workshops offered by Disney Imagination Campus. You can find more information about Disney Imagination Campus here

I hope this information is useful, Billie. Don’t hesitate to come right back to planDisney if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help!

    Magical travels!
