    Is there an discounts offered for teachers? Also other than the value resorts what is the best place to stay on a budget?

    Hello, Meg!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    I too am a teacher, so you can be sure that I have inquired about a teacher discount as well. Unfortunately, there is no discount for teachers.  Oh, how I wish that in the future we will indeed receive one.  I truly think we deserve one.  

    I would highly look into staying at any of the moderate resorts that Disney offers.  They offer some great prices and are very charming.  My favorite of all the moderate resorts is Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside.
