While there are discounts for military, why are there no discounts for senior citizens?

Hey there, Lawrence! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

While Walt Disney World does not directly offer senior citizen discounts on tickets, Disney Resort hotels or vacation packages, I would recommend that you check around to the various senior citizen organizations that you belong to, as special offers may be available through those groups.

As another option, I would recommend that you keep an eye out on the Special Offers at Walt Disney World Resort. We’re planning a vacation early next Spring with our entire family (from my parents to our kids) and you can guarantee that we will also be keeping a close eye on these offers.

Oh, and as an insider’s tip… you can always adjust existing reservations to take advantage of any Special Offers that might come along after your original booking. In this case, just give the friendly Cast Members a call and they will work their magic to apply that offer to your existing reservation. In fact, based on a special offer we recently upgraded our room for an even better value.

If you have any other questions please let us know. Have a magical day!
