    will there be any discounts or free dining after 2/16/2011? will arrive first week in April.

    Hi Diane! Free Disney Dining Packages are available after February 16, 2011. Unfortunately, there are no advertised discounts of free dining promotions for the first week of April 2011. I would encourage you to allow the Moms Panel to assist with your planning your upcoming vacation. We can help you plan a wonderful vacation according to your budget. Hope this helps.
