Are there any discounts for Florida residents for either Senior or Law Enforcement? My in-laws are looking into getting annual passes.

Hello Rhea and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
With so much Coming to Walt Disney World Resort in the near future I sure wish I could reside in the beautiful sunshine State of Florida because living near my 'happy place' would mean I could have my dose of pixie dust by visiting most every single day!
I'm super excited to share that yes indeed there are some magical Special Tickets, Passes and Offers for Florida Residents which may be of interest to your dear in-laws as they're considering purchasing Florida Resident Annual Passes
There are many benefits to staying in a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel which is why at present I'm delighted to also share this limited time Florida Residents: Spring into 2018 with a Stay in the Middle of the Magic special offer which gives 'local' Guests the opportunity to stay & play in the magic for stays from 1 to 14 nights in select Disney Resort hotels on most nights from 1st January 2018 through 14th April 2018 - terms & conditions apply.
Magical wishes and have a great Disney day.
    ~ Jane
