Hi Donna!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I bet you and the families you're traveling with are so excited for your upcoming Disney Cruise! In my opinion, sailing with Captain Mickey is the perfect vacation because there truly is something for everyone onboard each of the Disney Cruise ships!
My little buccaneer rolls his way through life in a wheelchair. I can't say enough about how accommodating and phenomenal Disney Cruise Line is with Guests with special needs both before and during our voyages! I understand the importance of choosing the perfect stateroom - especially since you'll be traveling with multiple families. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any discounts offered to Guests booking multiple staterooms together. With that being said, the best place to find all of the current promotions for upcoming voyages is the
Special Offers page on the Disney Cruise Line website.
Deck 7 is a wonderful choice for your pirate crew's staterooms! I recommend visiting the Virtual Deck Plans, selecting the vessel you're planning to set sail on and seeing where the popular places such as the restaurants, pool deck and Youth Clubs are in relation to the stateroom numbers you're eyeing. Also, if you're traveling with anyone in need of an accessible stateroom, you can check the box for "Accessible Room" once you've chosen an itinerary; you will see the available accessible staterooms, for each category, for that particular voyage! We love staying in a wheelchair-accessible room because there's more space to easily maneuver my son's wheelchair.
If you haven't done so already, please take a moment and visit the
Services for Guests with Disabilities page for more information regarding the many ways Disney Cruise Line accommodates Guests of all abilities!
