Are discounted tickets available for service disabled veterans? If so, how do I obtain them?

Welcome to planDisney, Windell! Let me extend to you a giant THANK YOU on behalf of all of us here at planDisney, for your service to our country! As a military spouse and veteran, it would be my pleasure to point you in the direction of special offers available to you as a service-connected disabled veteran.

Military Promotional theme park tickets and specially priced Disney Resort hotel stays are available for active-duty and retired U.S. Military Members. The Disabled Veterans Equal Access Act 2018 extends the use of AFRC Resorts, such as Shades of Green on Walt Disney World Resort, to veterans with service-connected disability ratings. You must present a Veteran Health Identification Card showing your service-connected status to prove eligibility for Shades of Green Resort. You can also purchase discounted theme park tickets through Shades of Green on Walt Disney World Resort as a service-connected disabled veteran. I highly recommend checking out the Shades of Green website to learn more about special offers and eligibility requirements.

I hope this information helps you plan to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth, Windell. You’ve got a friend in us here, so stop back by any time we can help answer your Disney vacation questions.
