At this time, there is no discount on
MagicBands for Disney World resort guests; however, if you do have a resort reservation, you’ll see an option to purchase MagicBands through your My Disney Experience account. And there are a few perks that come along with that.
First of all, you will be able to customize your MagicBands with each person’s name for free. This has come in super handy for my family! Your MagicBands will also be automatically linked to each person’s account. Once a MagicBand is linked, it can’t be reassigned to someone else, so ensuring you link it to the right person is important.
Finally, when you purchase your MagicBand through your My Disney Experience account, shipping is free. If you order your MagicBand 11 or more days before your resort check-in date, it will be shipped to your house. And if you order it 6-10 days before your resort check-in date, it will be ready for you at your
Disney World resort when you arrive.
To order your MagicBand through your My Disney Experience account, hover over the My Disney Experience button on
Disney World’s website, then click My MagicBands and Cards. As long as your resort reservation is linked, you’ll see the option to purchase.
