Hi Michelle!
Your trip to Walt Disney World is coming up in under 10 days! I bet you are getting so excited! Since you are visiting during the holiday season, make sure to check out the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays! There are so many wonderful holiday celebrations, including the
Candlelight Processional,
Holiday Cookie Stroll, and
Holiday Kitchens!
While Walt Disney World does not offer discounts on
tickets, they do offer many
services for Guests with disabilities. Eligible Guests can register for the
Disability Access Service (DAS) program, which offers a wide variety of benefits and accommodations specific to each Guests needs. If you would like to explore what accommodations are available via DAS, you can pre-register as soon as 30 days in advance of a park visit, but no less than 2 days before arrival. When you pre-register for DAS, you can speak with a Cast Member using a live video chat to explore alternative options for waiting in the conventional queues.
Guests with mobility issues can also explore
renting a wheelchair or an
Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV.) There are options to have an ECV delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel or rent at one of the Walt Disney World theme parks or Disney Springs.
For more information concerning Guests with Disabilities please contact Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com.
Magically,
Stacy
