Hi Amanda! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
September is a hauntingly great time to visit Disneyland Resort. Typically, September is the start of all the
Halloween fun in the parks, so you can expect to experience festive décor, merchandise, and treats to get you in the spirit. Plus, my favorite attraction overlay,
Haunted Mansion Holiday in New Orleans Square at Disneyland Park, is scheduled to make its spooky return in September. That would be a don't-miss for me! Check out the
Disney Parks Blog leading up to your visit to help plan your must-do experiences.
Budgeting is always important for my family trips too, so I can appreciate looking for a special offer on tickets and your trip. I'd keep my eye on the
Special Offers page to see if you qualify for any announced discounts. These discounts could apply to hotel stays, merchandise, and more. It's a little early yet for September discounts, but something could be announced soon. You never know! Also, be sure your Disneyland account is updated and you've opted to receive all Disney e-mails, so you're sure to receive any special offers announcements. Finally, consider a Vacation Package, which always offers Guests good value by combining your stay with your admission tickets. These packages offer great perks and discounts. You can book either a
Disneyland Resort Hotel Package or a
Good Neighbor Hotel Package.
My family's top choice is the
Disneyland Hotel. It's close to the Disneyland Monorail, which takes you directly into Tomorrowland at Disneyland Park, and it has really yummy dining options and cool retro styling. We also stayed at a Good Neighbor Hotel across the street and found it to be comfortable and convenient. You can't go wrong with any of your choices.
I hope this helps! Have a magical day.
