    Hi I am so disappointed, I am a castaway club member and still cannot seem to get a family cabana booked. on castaway cay, any suggestions. We even went in 75 days before (silver member till the cruise 15aug12). Thanks so much.

    Hi Ruth,

    I'm sorry that you were not able to snag a cabana on Castaway Cay.  It's extremely difficult to reserve one because there are only about 20 available.  Being a Castaway Club member does have a few perks, but the higher level members, such as Gold and Platinum are allowed to start booking prior to silver members. 

    At this point, all you can do is to keep calling Disney Cruise Line daily to check for cancellations.  People do cancel, and you might get lucky.  Also, when you arrive onboard, check with Guest Services.  They will have the most up to date cancellations, and can put you on a waitlist.
