Hello, I am a disabled War Veteran from the UK and hold a Veterans ID card. I am planning to visit Euro Disney with my family. would I be entitled to a discount on a hotel package & park tickets? Kind regards in advance, David

Hi David and bienvenue to planDisney!

How exciting that you're planning a trip to one of my all-time favourite holiday destinations - Disneyland Paris.

Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland Park is, in my opinion, the most beautiful of all the Disney castles worldwide. Be sure to check out the stunning stained glass windows on the first floor, which tell the story of the classic Disney movie, Sleeping Beauty, as well as the dragon lurking beneath it.

One of the things that I love the most about Disneyland Paris is it's amazing entertainment and nighttime offerings so, whatever you do, make sure that you watch Disney Tales of Magic, which debuted earlier this year, during your stay. I cannot wait to see this for myself when I next visit!

Going back to your question, David, active and retired military personnel can take advantage of a discount on Disney Park tickets upon presentation of an official military card, but, it is not possible to combine these Special Rate tickets with a stay at a Disney Hotel, as a package.

So, if you are eligible for the Special Rate tickets and want to stay at a Disney Hotel when you visit Disneyland Paris, you have 2 options available to you:-

1/ Book a room only stay at a Disney Hotel and the Special Rate tickets for active or retired military personnel, separately. You can book room only stays by calling the Client Relation Center.

2/ Book a Hotel + Ticket package which includes park tickets for every day of your stay (including both your arrival and departure day).

Personally, if I were you, I would price up both options and see which one works out the cheapest. As park tickets are highly discounted when included as part of a Hotel + Ticket package, you may find that there isn't much difference in cost, between the 2 different options.

I hope that this has answered your question, David. Please feel free to re-visit us, here at planDisney, if we can be of any further help with the planning of your trip.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
