Hello and welcome to planDisney, Jeff. We're so glad you're here to ask us this question. Oh boy, your visit to the Disneyland Resort is here and I am delighted to help make sure you're ready for your day.
First and foremost, on behalf of all of us, I'd like to thank you for your service. As Walt said, "To all who come to this happy place: welcome. Disneyland is your land." I love all of the options provided at the resort to make anyone's visit inclusive and accessible.
Disability Access Service (DAS) is available to Guests who may have difficulty tolerating extended waits in a conventional queue environment due to a disability. With this service, you can schedule a return time that is comparable to the wait time for the attraction.
You can head to City Hall in Disneyland Park, the Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure Park or a Guest Information location to register for DAS in person on the day of your visit. The Cast Member will help you make selections as well as answer any questions you might have. If you haven't already, I recommend downloading the
Disneyland app to easily make your selections throughout the day.
For your next visit, you may consider pre-registering for
DAS Advance. This service allows you to register for DAS up to 30 days in advance of your visit and no less than 2 days before arrival. The registration is done over live chat with a Cast Member and you will be able to pre-select 2 experiences per day of your visit (subject to availability).
I hope this is helpful, Jeff. I'm super excited about your visit to the Disneyland Resort. It will be the first day of
Halloween Time - one of my favorite times of the year. If you have any other questions we can help with, please come back to see us. Here's wishing you a spooktacular time. Say hello to the giant Mickey pumpkin for me!
