As 100% disabled veteran do I get fast pass privileges since I can’t stand for long. Does the benefit apply to me kids.

    Hi Mustafa,

Welcome to planDisney! Let me first say a huge thank you for your service!

Since it seems as if you cannot tolerate the traditional queue, you may qualify for the Disability Access Service. When you enter your first theme park, stop by Guest Relations and explain that you would like to request Disability Access Service. A Cast Member will speak with you to determine if the service is best suited to meet your needs. If you are eligible for the Disability Access Service, it will be linked to you and your family members should be able to ride with you. The Cast Member will confirm how many additional Guests can join you when using the service.

When we have used this service in the past, our entire family of four was linked and able to ride together using the service. This is how it should work. Anyone linked to your Disability Access can request a return time for a ride. When you want to request a return time for a ride, approach a Cast Member at the entrance to an attraction. Explain that you have the Disability Access Service and need to request a return time. The Cast Member will assign you a return time. When you return, the person assigned the Disability Access Service has to scan into the attraction first. Of course, processes could change by the date of your arrival, so double-check the process with Guest Relations.

Know that you can only have one active return time at a given time. So plan your park strategy carefully. At Disney's Animal Kingdom, I would definitely use it for Avatar Flight of Passage. At Disney's Hollywood Studios, I would use it for Slinky Dog Dash unless you have little ones with you who would prefer Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway.

Mustafa, I also suggest that you review the Services for Guests with Disabilities. The Guides for Guests with Disabilities have been helpful for us, so be sure to take a look at those as well. In looking at your arrival date, I also want to be sure that you have Disney Park Pass system reservations. Make sure you have checked the theme park reservation availability calendar and that your park tickets are linked in My Disney Experience. Park tickets should be linked in My Disney Experience to make park pass reservations and everyone needs a park pass reservation to enter a theme park.

    Happy Planning!

    Magic and memories,
