I am disabled. Is there a program where I don’t have to stand in line ?

    Welcome to planDisney, James!

Thank you for stopping by with an excellent question! You have come to the right place for tips and advice for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort adventure!

One thing that makes The Most Magical Place on Earth my favorite travel destination is that all Guests, regardless of age, size or needs, can feel welcome! I am happy to share that there are many services and options available for visitors with different disabilities. You can even download Guides for Guests with Disabilities in a printable format in preparation for your visit. You can also find the guides at Guest Relations locations at the Walt Disney World Resort.

There is even a special program called Disability Access Service (DAS), designed to assist visitors who have difficulty tolerating extended waits in a conventional queue environment due to a disability. The service allows Guests to schedule a return time comparable to the current queue wait for the attraction they wish to experience. You can register for DAS at Guest Relations locations at all four theme parks or pre-register virtually via a live video chat 2 to 30 days before a park visit.

I hope this information is helpful, James! Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, and feel free to contact Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
