Can a disabled person with a parking placard park for free at parks?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Milagros! We are delighted to receive your question!
Guests with disabilities will be able to park at their resort hotel for free. When checking in, guests need to mention they have a handicapped parking placard, and make sure it is visible on their windshield at all times.
At the theme parks, guests with disability placards can park in the designated areas, however they still must pay standard parking fees. Here, you will find detailed information about parking at Walt Disney World.

Milagros, be sure to check this link with useful information for guests with disabilities

I am sure you will have lots of fun at the Walt Disney World Resort! I really hope to see you again with more questions about your trip!

    Have a magical day!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
