I am a disabled military veteran with a 90% rating, service connected as shown on my VA Medical card. Will I be able to get a military discounted ticket?

Hello, Elissa, and welcome to planDisney!

Thank you for trusting us with your question, and thank you for your service!

Disney offers discounts to eligible U.S. military veterans and their families. Depending on your eligibility, you can purchase Military Salute Promotional tickets or the non-promotional tickets available at Shades of Green or your local ITT office.  Veterans with a 90% disabled status qualify for the non-promotional tickets with their Veterans Health Identification Card. I recommend checking out the prices and options online before finalizing your plans.

As always, I would recommend that you consider a minimum of a 4-day ticket. That way, you can enjoy at least one day in each theme park. Of course, if you have the time, extend your trip even longer! I am known to extend my trip in the weeks leading up to a visit. In fact, I just added an extra night to our upcoming visit a few days ago. We have one day left on our 6-Day Military Promotional Ticket that we need to use before its expiration on December 16, 2025. So I am both excited and sad to use that last day.

Elissa, I can’t wait for you to have a trip in the books. I hope this helps answer your question, and if you need any other planning tips, you know where to find us!

    See ya real soon,
